To allow your Treasurer/Accountant to update billing information as well as print receipts for monthly charges, they must first be added as a User or Admin to your subscription. Please note that giving your treasurer Accountant Access to the billing information does not give them access to other owner privileges, such as removing contacts, curating content, changing the subscription and more.
Once they have registered their profile, log in to the Owner profile and select Account Settings after clicking the initials in the top right corner.
On the Account Settings page, scroll down to the Billing and History Access area. Enter the email address for user and click Invite Accountant. This will give the user access to monthly receipts as well as the option to update billing information when needed.
