As an Owner or Admin of an account, you can add custom media to a channel (Owner) or training posts (Owner & Admin) and make your content available to your organization. You also have the ability to add to the hundreds of existing training videos your organization has access to within RightNow Media. With this feature, you are able to embed individual videos, or even live streams, from the following supported platforms:
- Vimeo
- YouTube / YouTube Live
- Facebook Live
- Livestream
To begin, simply click the Organization name option at the top of the page to open the custom library page.
The custom media window allows you to embed from the supported platforms (above) by pasting the URL or embed code into the "Embed" field. A thumbnail will be automatically generated based on your upload. You also have the option to upload your own thumbnail image for your media. See below for more specific instructions on how to embed a code from the available third parties.
As an Owner, you can also create custom media directly from the custom library page for quick and easy access by members of your organization. Simply follow the steps below:
- Create a custom media channel or visit one that you have already created.
- Click on the "Create Custom Media" option to open the custom media window.
- Once created, it will automatically append the new content to the beginning of your channel.
