The Inbox section of the My Content page holds all of the content assignments for a user, including assignments they have started on their own and those that others have assigned to them.
The Inbox section consists of 3 tabs:
- Inbox — The main section that holds all incomplete and non-declined assignments.
- Completed — This section holds the user's completed assignments.
- Declined — This section holds any assignments that the user has declined to complete.
The Inbox tab is the main holding place for any incomplete assignments and allows the user to sort based on their assigned-on date or due date. Due dates for assignments are set by the assignor, and serve only as an indication of when the assignor would like for the assignment to be completed. The assignment will still be accessible after the due date.
Each assignment contains two buttons that allow the user to either "Start/Resume" or “Decline” their assignment.
Clicking “Start/Resume” will launch the user into their assignment.
Clicking "Decline" will move the assignment to the "Declined" tab and notify the user’s assignor that they have declined to complete the assignment.
The Completed tab is a running archive of any assignments the user has completed.
From these items, the user can click on the "View" button to review the responses that were submitted for the assignment.
If the assignment is one that the user assigned themselves by choosing to start on their own from the Content Details page, they will also have a button allowing them to delete their assignment.
Please note: This action will delete all of the user’s saved responses for that assignment, so caution is advised.
The Declined tab lists all of the assignments that a user has declined to complete.
Note: If the user declined in error or changes their mind, the declined assignment can still be started/resumed.
