You can invite up to 250 attendees to your group, but you must have at least three (3) attendees in the meeting to keep it active. See more on virtual group limits here.
To invite attendees, click the “Copy” button next to the invite link and paste it into an email, calendar invite, or your favorite group messenger app to send it out to others. At this point, you haven’t yet started the meeting so you can always save this link and return later to begin. The meeting will be available for seven (7) days.
Anyone who clicks the link is prompted to log in to RightNow Media if they haven’t already done so, then they are sent to a screen to check their camera and microphone until you (the facilitator) start the group. Make sure everyone allows their browser access their camera and microphone if prompted.
As the facilitator, once you are ready to start the group session, click the “Start” button. Only start the group when you are actually ready to begin. The time limits for the group will begin as soon as you start the meeting. (Learn more about virtual group limits here.)
As each attendee joins, you’ll see their video or profile picture in the top attendee row. You can also see the full list of attendees by clicking on the virtual groups icon in the right side bar navigation.
If you need to invite someone after the group has started, click the “Copy Group Link” button at the bottom of the page to copy the meeting link again.
