The owner of the account is the person whose name is on billing records and subscription information. He/She has online access to update credit card information, print receipts and change the church logo. The owner of the account is the only person in your organization who can create custom libraries or feature/hide content.
Owners also have all of the same abilities as Admins, but each organization may only have one owner for their subscription . If you would like to designate a new owner for the account, the current owner must call our Customer Service Team at 972.560.4000.
***Note: There can only be one owner per account.
