When you add email addresses to your Contact page, our website generates and sends email invitations that are specific to each address. If someone is not receiving the e-mails, have them:
- Verify that their e-mail is correct in the system.
- Check their Junk/Spam folders to make sure it wasn't redirected there.
- G-mail customers may need to check their "Promotions" inbox.
If they are using a work e-mail address, there may be extra filters that are blocking the system generated e-mails from being redirected to the spam or junk folders. In this case, they will need to contact their email administrator to add email@example.com to their company whitelist.
If it is a time sensitive matter, you can always copy their invitation link and send it to them. Please be aware that each invitation link is specific to each email address and cannot be used for multiple users.
To copy and send the invitation link, find the contact you need and click the link icon to the left of their email address (this link will only be available for "Pending" contacts). A "copied" message will pop up in the browser window after you click the icon, then you can paste the link to a message.
